GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPING THE COMPETENCY OF EXTERNAL EVALUATORS USING INTEGRATED BUDDHIST OF THE OFFICE FOR NATIONAL EDOCATION STANDARDS AND QUALITY ASSESSMENT (PUBLIC ORGANIZATIOn)

Abstract

Dissertation has 3 objectives 1) to study the performance of external evaluators of the Office for Educational Standards and Quality Assessment; (Public Organization) 2) To analyze Buddhist principles to develop the competency of external evaluators of the Office for Educational Standards and Quality Assessment. (Public Organization) 3) To propose guidelines for developing the competency of external evaluators based on Buddhist integration of the Office of Educational Standards and Quality Assessment. (Public Organization),  found that: Competencies of external evaluators include (1) knowledge, which is behavior that reflects educational knowledge of each level being evaluated; Educational quality assurance and the context of the educational institution. (2) Skills are behaviors that reflect skills in planning. data collection Summary of assessment results Giving feedback Report writing teamwork Studying for continuous self-improvement and skills in using information technology (3) characteristics Behavior that reflects the characteristics of being a good friend Good attitude towards quality assurance Justice is neutral. punctuality Honesty, honesty, and the ability to solve immediate problems.The principles used to develop the competency of external evaluators reveal that external evaluators must have inner morality, namely the  Sappurisadhamma 7, namely, external evaluators must know the cause (dhammaññutã), know the effect (atthãnyutã), know Oneself (attãnyutã), one who knows moderation (mattaññutã), one who knows time (kãlaññutã), one who knows community (parisaññutã), one who knows people (pukkãlaññutã), and one must have external morality. namely, the 7 Kalyanamitras, namely (1) (piyo), respectable (teacher),  admirable (bhawaniyo),  (vattã ca) know how to speak  and be patient with the words of others (vacnakkhamo) (kamphiranca katham kattã) and not be influenced in a degenerate way.  (no jatthãne niyochye) to being able to guide other people to live in good ways according to that person. And the principles in the Vimansaka Sutta are used in the examination.Guidelines for developing the competency of external evaluators based onintegrated Buddhist principles found to include that Dhamma principles can be developed through the process 3 approaches : 1. Training seminars Learning Dhamma principles through the e-learning system, 2. Ppracticing Vipassana meditation. 3. Setting clear standards for performance indicators.New knowledge From the analysis of the principles of Buddhism.
