AN EFFORTS ON BUDDHISM AFFECTING DAILY LIFE OF THE PEOPLE IN PATTANASATREE PHARTHAI VARINCHAMRAB DISTRICT, UBON RATCHATHANI PROVINCE

Abstract

This thesis titled has 3 objectives as follows: 1) to study the principle of perseverance in Theravada Buddhism; 2) to study the living conditions of the people in the Thai Fabric Women Development Center Ubon Ratchathani Province and 3) to study the application of perseverance in Buddhism to the lives of people at the Center for the Development of Thai Women's Clothing Ubon Ratchathani Province. This research is a qualitative research. The research findings were as the followings: Perseverance is diligence with patience in doing various affairs. There are two kinds of this perseverance: external perseverance Including knowing a career or performing one's duties with diligence along with endurance in that duty and Inside perseverance is perseverance in giving up selfishness. Efforts to let go of ambition by the power of passion in the mind to lighten and to lose ambition from prejudice. Perseverance that personnel use in daily life for the occupation of the community enterprise of the Thai Cloth Women Development Center, Kham Nam Sap Sub-District, Warin Chamrap District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. to be successful requires diligence as a basis. Have patience as a base to work consistently until the job is accomplished.accepting the obstacles that arise ready to study and acquire knowledge to be used as a guideline for solving various problems that arise, paying attention to their own work Be diligent, patient, and work to the best of your abilities. Regularly inspect the work for errors in order to be used as a solution. There is a meeting to evaluate the performance of personnel. Efforts are made to enhance the variety of products and to be modern. for all target groups to use Thai fabrics of the Thai Fabric Women Development Center, Kham Nam Sap Sub-District, Warin Chamrap District, Ubon Ratchathani Province which will create jobs generate income for the community to achieve stability and sustainability.
