Abstract

The purposes of this research were: to study the characteristics of participative management of educational institution administrators. Schools in Group 1, Ratchaphruek, are under the jurisdiction of the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1. The scope of variables includes participatory management in 4 areas as follows: trust in one another commitment Setting common goals and objectives Freedom to work. The population consisted of 193 educational institution administrators and teachers. The sample size was determined by using Krejci and Morgan's ready-made table for a total of 132 people, consisting of 13 educational institution administrators and 119 teachers. The tool used to collect this data was a  5-level rating scale questionnaire.The consistency index was between 0.6 - 1.0 and the confidence value was 0.97. Statistics used in data analysis included mean and standard deviation. The research results found that Participative management characteristics of educational institution administrators Schools in Group 1, Ratchapruek, under the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1 are overall at a high level.
