THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ADMINISTRATION IN THE NEW NORMAL ERA ACCORDING TO THE SEVEN SAPPURISADHAMMA BY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE OFFICE OF NONG BUA LAMPHU PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 1

Abstract

This research aimed to: 1) study the current state of educational institution administration by administrators; 2) investigate educational institution administration in the new normal era according to the Seven Sappurisadhamma of educational institution administrators; and 3) propose guidelines for educational institution administration in the new normal era according to these principles by educational institution administrators under the Office of Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area 1. The research results were as follows: 1. Educational institution administration by administrators under the Office of Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area 1, was found to be at the highest level overall. All studied aspects were at the same level with the highest means in personnel management, budget management, academic management, and general administration, in a descending order. 2. Educational institution administration in the new normal era according to the Seven Sappurisadhamma principles, the areas ranked from highest to lowest were: understanding appropriate times (Kāluññuta), recognizing reasons (Dhammaññutā), community awareness (Parisaññutā), individual understanding (Puggalaññutā), self-knowledge (Attaññutā), moderation (Mattaññutā), and understanding of outcomes (Atthaññutā). 3. The proposed guidelines for educational institution administration in the new normal include: (1) In academic management, administrators should integrate technology with an understanding of causes and effects to tailor curricula for both online and offline teaching, allocating tasks based on cause-and-effect principles and setting appropriate work schedules. (2) In budget management, administrators should be capable of planning and controlling resource use, recognizing the appropriate measure of expenditure, and setting clear goals. (3) In personnel management, administrators should plan both policy and vision with an understanding of the modern societal context. It is crucial to assess staff performance appropriately while fostering morale and inspiring motivation according to individual understanding. (4) In general administration, technology should be used in planning in conjunction with an understanding of environmental, building, and facility issues to develop them in line with the demands of new normal educational practices.
