THE DEVELOPMENT OF A LEARNING MANAGEMENT MODEL TO PROMOTE VOLUNTEER CHARACTERISTICS ACCORDING TO THE FOUR SANGAHAVATTHU OF RESERVE OFFICER TRAINING COPS STUDENT IN ROI KAEN SARASIN PROVINCE GROUP

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: to study the current conditions, to develop the model, to try out the model, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the learning management model to promote the characteristics of volunteerism according to the Four Sangahavatthu of Reserve Officer Training Cops Students (ROTCS) in Roi Kaen Sarasin Province Group. The sample group was a total of 378 military students obtained using the Krejcie & Morgan sampling table. The tools used were a manual for using the learning management model, an integrated unit teaching management plan, a knowledge test and a volunteer qualifications assessment form, and a satisfaction questionnaire. Statistics used to analyze data were: frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.The research results were as follows: 1) The current condition of the learning management found that the current state of learning management to promote the characteristics of volunteerism of ROTCS in Roi Kaen Sarasin Province Group was at the highest level.
2) The learning management model to promote the characteristics of volunteerism according to the Four Sangahavatthu of ROTCS in Roi Kaen Sarasin Province Group consisted of four components: principle, objectives, a learning management process and application of the learning management model. The learning management process was the most important element of the VLM Model. 3) The result of the tryout of the learning management model to promote the characteristics of volunteerism according to the Four Saṅgahavatthu of ROTCS in Roi Kaen Sarasin Province Group was at the highest level. 4) The effectiveness of the model indicated that (1) the learning achievement of volunteerism after school was higher than before training at a statistical significance level of.05. (2) The evaluation value of the characteristics of volunteerism according to the model was at the highest level. (3) The ROTCS satisfaction with the model was at the highest level.
