RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN SOCIAL SUPPORT AND EARLY CHILDHOOD REARING THE SKIPPED-GENERATION FAMILIES FOR CAREGIVER, NA FAI SUBDISTRICT, MUANG DISTRICT, CHAIYAPHUM PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the relationship between social support and early childhood rearing the skipped-generation families for caregiver, Na Fai Subdistrict, Muang District, Chaiyaphum Province. The sample group was 82 caregivers of early childhood children in April-July 2022. The instrument used was a general questionnaire. social support questionnaire and early childhood rearing the skipped-generation families for caregiver questionnaire have confidence Their Cronbach alpha's reliabilities were .93 and .92, respectively. Data were analyzed by using frequency, per cent, range, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s correlation coefficients. The results revealed that the total mean scores of social supports in good level ( = 3.85,SD = 0.33) and the child rearing of the caregivers a moderate level ( = 3.27,SD = 0.48). The relationship between social support and early childhood rearing the skipped-generation families for caregiver. There was a statistically significant positive correlation at the 0.01 level. The results of this research suggest that Early childhood caregivers in vulnerable middle cleft families in the two age groups should receive social support in four areas: 1) emotional 2) information 3) valuation, and 4) labor and resources. in order to result in child caregivers having child-rearing behaviors to develop appropriately according to their age Continue to grow up to be an adult with quality of life.
