RESEARCH ON THE ACQUISITION OF TEACHING EXPERTISE BY UNIVERSITY DANCE TEACHERS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE

This study takes the perspective of personal knowledge and selects three outstanding university dance teachers, M1, W3, and W4, as research cases. The methods of observation, interview, physical collection, and text analysis are used to collect resources and conduct qualitative research. From several dimensions such as knowledge transformation, language practice, embodied cognition, and mentorship learning, based on personal knowledge perspectives such as knowledge acquisition, personal knowledge, residence, and examples, the study explores the process and influencing factors of university dance teachers' expertise acquisition, revealing the interactive effects of various process, dynamic, and complex elements of knowledge, skills, body, and beliefs acquired by university dance teachers. This provides reference for the research of university dance teachers' expertise acquisition and professional development, with the aim of promoting the study of university dance teachers' expertise acquisition and professional development. Provide reference for future education. This study found that belief cognition and body philosophy are the most important influencing factors for university dance teachers to acquire expertise.
