Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the special needs and the development guidelines of instructional leadership in the digital age of school administrations under Uthai Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Content analysis method was used in this step. 1. Study needs to development of instructional leadership in the digital age of school administrators under Uthai Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, it was found that the area with the highest needs index was student quality development, secondly personnel potential development promotion, Effective communication skills, The use of technology in teaching and learning, The aspect of being a leader with a digital vision and the aspect with the lowest need index is the aspect of creating a digital network for academic cooperation. 2. Study guidelines to development of instructional leadership in the digital age of school administrators under Uthai Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, it was found that the Educational Service Area Office should prepare an MOU with educational institution administrators. The executive team should apply technology in academic administration, motivate promote training both within and outside the agency and continually evaluate work development results. The executive team should store school data on the server. Promote teachers to receive technological development, continuously monitor and evaluate teachers' use of technology. Encourage learners to access lessons anywhere, anytime. Publicize various information using digital technology as a base. The executive should create an exchange of knowledge to develop academic administration in educational institutions through digital technology, analyze data and create educational quality development plans. Encourage teachers to create innovations, organize teaching and learning activities that focus on students. Including supporting readiness in terms of equipment, knowledge, and budget.
