Abstract

This approach emphasizes the Four Iddhipadas, which include intention, effort, attentiveness, and mindfulness. Additionally, it incorporates the Threefold Training, comprising moral conduct (Sila), concentration (Samadhi), and wisdom (Panna), to achieve equilibrium in both academic and spiritual learning. In modern times, education and human resource development should prioritize the enhancement of teachers’ knowledge, skills, and virtues. This includes fostering compassion and selflessness in imparting knowledge and inspiring students. Teaching methods should encourage critical thinking and create a conducive learning environment for mindfulness and concentration development, such as establishing a peaceful space for mental training. The outcomes of this educational resource development include students having the capacity to solve problems and lead a happy and meaningful life in society. The integration of Buddhist principles into educational development not only fosters sustainable prosperity in society but also promotes the parallel growth of moral values and knowledge.
