GOOD GOVERNANCE ADMINISTRATION IN THE ERA OF 4.0

Abstract

This article aims to discuss on good governance that includes: the rule of law, the merit principle, transparency, participation, accountability, efficiency and effectiveness. Good governance is an international administrative principle that is accountable, effective and systematic to open opportunity for the people to participate. The people are able to propose their demands and they assemble in groups as labor unions and non-government organizations that take the roles in monitoring and verifying the politics and administration of the government sector and other concerned private businesses. This is to clarify the transparency of the operation of the government and businesses that will strengthen Thai society as a whole to be efficient and more competitive in international community. This will help Thai society live in peace and be rapidly and sustainably developed.
