Abstract

The ethical development, practitioners must start by adhering to goodness, having determination to practice ethical principles, being mindfulness of considering and always raising the level of ethics. The goal is to create peace and happiness for oneself and society. In addition, those who will develop ethics must have appropriate qualities, such as readiness to develop ethics, having a mind that is inclined towards practicing ethics, knowing one's own strengths and weaknesses so that the development of ethics is appropriate for the practitioner etc.. If individuals have ethics, it will help society be peaceful, and they will be able to live together happily, having smooth lives, and having develop themselves always.
