MANAGEMENT MODEL OF THE BUDDHIST SUNDAY STUDY CENTER OF WAT TRAIPHUM, PHRAN KRATAI DISTRICT, KAMPHAENG PHET PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aimed to : 1. to study management conditions of The Buddhist Sunday study center of Wat Traiphum, 2. to development management model of The Buddhist Sunday study center of Wat Traiphum, 3. to present management model of The Buddhist Sunday study center of Wat Traiphum.The Results of the study are summarized as follows 1. The overall of management conditions of The Buddhist Sunday study center of Wat Traiphum are at a high level. When considering in each aspect, it was in high level at all aspects such as academic administration, management, personnel administration and budget administration. 2. The development management model of The Buddhist Sunday study center of Wat Traiphum, consisting of 1) Input factors include management, academic, personnel and budget administration., 2) Process factors include promotion of morality and behavioral development, enhancement of knowledge, enhancement of individual characteristics, enhancement of good human relations, and promotion of teaching techniques. 3) Output factors include physical development, social development, mental development and intellectual development. 3. The management model of The Buddhist Sunday study center of Wat Traiphum, consisting of 1) strengthening human resource development, 2) strengthening management, 3) promoting the creation of a curriculum, 4) strengthening student development activities, 5) strengthening the environment, and 6) strengthening the integration of physical, moral, mental, and intellectual development.
