SATISFACTION OF GRADUATE USERS WITH THE PERFORMANCE AND CHARACTERISTICS OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GRADUATES WHO GRADUATED FROM PHETCHABURI RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY, ACADEMIC YEAR 2023

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to: 1) study the satisfaction level of the users of graduates from Phetchaburi Rajabhat University in the aspects of morality, ethics, knowledge, and intellectual skills, interpersonal skills and responsibility, and numerical analysis skills, and communication and the use of information technology, 2) compare the satisfaction of graduate users, with different personal factors, in the work performance of the graduates graduating from Phetchaburi Rajabhat University, and 3) study the graduate users’ opinions, needs, and suggestions on the work performance of graduates from Phetchaburi Rajabhat University. The population used in the research were 125 graduate users consisting of employers, entrepreneurs, department heads, business owners, personnel in human resource department/representatives at the management level of the workplaces in both public and private sectors. The research tool was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-way Analysis of Variance. The research results were as follows: 1) The users of graduates from Phetchaburi Rajabhat University were satisfied with the work performance and characteristics of the graduates graduating from Phetchaburi Rajabhat University at a high level in overall and in each aspect. 2) The satisfaction in the work performance of graduates graduating from Phetchaburi Rajabhat University of the graduate users with different involvement in the graduates was not different in overall and in each aspect. Whereas the satisfaction of graduate users with different involvement in the graduates and different length of time the graduates working with was different in overall and in each aspect with statistical significance at the 0.05 level. 3)The graduates’ characteristics of being disciplined, diligent, patient, responsible, and punctual needed improvement. And, the graduate users also required graduates from the university with knowledge and expertise in information technology, digital information systems, and foreign languages.
