From the perspective of management, the fundamental purpose of an organization is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of management, and an important influencing factor in organizational relations is leadership style. By sorting out the related research literature on leadership style, employees' emotional response and employees' job performance, this study summarizes the existing research results from the aspects of concept, theoretical basis, influence effect and measurement methods, and looks forward to the related research trends.
