PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT BASED ON GOOD GOVERNANCE OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE LOEI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

This research had the following objectives: 1.to study the state of academic administration of educational institution administrators under the Office of the Loei Primary Educational Service Area 1; 2.to study academic administration according to the Four Iddhipada by educational institution administrators under the Office of the Loei Primary Educational Service Area 1; 3. to propose guidelines for academic administration based on the Four Iddhipada by educational institution administrators under the Office of the Loei Primary Educational Service Area 1. The research findings indicate that: 1.The overall level of academic administration by educational institution administrators under the Office of the Loei Primary Educational Service Area 1, was at the highest level.When considering specific aspects, they were also at the highest level, ranked from highest to lowest in means: teaching management in schools, assessment, curriculum development, educational media, innovation and technology development, and educational supervision. 2. Academic administration according to the Four Iddhipada by educational institution administrators under the Office of the Loei Primary Educational Service Area 1, was at the highest level overall, with ranking from highest to lowest in means: assessment, educational supervision, curriculum development, teaching management in schools, and educational media, innovation, and technology development. 3. The guidelines for academic administration based on the Four Iddhipada for educational institution administrators under the Office of the Loei Primary Educational Service Area 1, suggest that administrators should develop and implement curriculum effectively, prioritize learner-focused teaching, plan systematic assessment and internal supervision, ensure regular monitoring of supervision, and utilize educational media, innovation, and technology in administration with planned and evaluated use for educational quality improvement.
