SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE STRATEGY UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF PHRA NAKHON SRI AYUTTHAYA PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to; 1) to study school administrative strategy, 2) to develop school administrative strategy and 3) to estimate school administrative strategy under the Jurisdiction of Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area Office 2. This research was studied by mixed method research. The conceptual framework of this research was applied from concepts and principles of school administration strategy (Wright and others). The target population consist of 30 administrators, assistant school administrators and teachers under the jurisdiction of Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya primary education service area office 2 selected by purposive random sampling. The instruments used in this research was interview, focus group questionnaires and evaluate suitable and reliability by 30 experts with reliability of the whole questionnaire .85. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation and context analysis.The research results revealed that :1) school administrative strategy was 4 strategies that the first strategy was academic development of learning, the second strategy was budget management service, the third strategy was personnel management and the fourth strategy was development of educational management. 2) the result of school administrative development strategy under the jurisdiction of Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya primary education service area office 2 were 4 strategies with 48 components that academic development of learning was 16 components, budget management service was 10 components, personnel management was 13 components and development of educational management was 9 components. 3) estimate result of school administrative strategy under the jurisdiction of Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya primary education service area office 2 found that suitability, possibility and usefulness were at much level.
