ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS OF SCHOOL ADMISTRATORS AFFECTING TO TEACHING AND LEARNING MANAGEMENT IN PANDEMIC CORONAVIRUS DISEASE UNDER SAKON NAKHON PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract

Administrative Skills of School Administrators were important of Administration in schools for efficiency and effectiveness. The purposes of research were (1) to study and compare administrative skills of school administrators under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, (2) to study and compare to teaching and learning management in pandemic of CoronaVirus Disease COVID-19 under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, classified by status and school-size, (3) to study the prediction power of Administrative Skills of School Administrators Affecting to Learning Management in Pandemic of Coronavirus Disease COVID-19 under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample were 60 School Administrators and 301 teachers total 361 followed the proportion using the percentage criteria, and they were selected by Stratified Random Sampling. The instruments used were 2 aspects of questionnaires: (1) a five-rating scale questionnaire on administrative skills of school administrators with the Index of Item Congruence (IC) between .80 - 1.00, the discrimination between .60-.84, and the reliability of .97; and (2) a five-rating scale questionnaire on teaching and learning management in the Coronavirus COVID -19 pandemic of schools with the Index of Item Congruence (IC) between .80 - 1.00, the discrimination between .64 - .92, and the reliability of .97. The statistics employed were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent Samples), One-way analysis of variance analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression stepwise analysis. The results were found that (1) overall administrative skills of school administrators were at the high level. In comparison, overall administrative skills of school administrators classified by status revealed the statistically no significant The overall of schools administrators classified by school size, it revealed the statistically significant different at the .01 level; (2) overall teaching and learning management in pandemic of Corona Virus Disease COVID-19 was at the high level. In comparison, overall teaching and learning management in pandemic of CoronaVirus Disease COVID-19 revealed the statistically  no significant. In comparison, overall classified by school-size, it revealed the statistically significant  different at the .01 level; and (3) there were 3 variables of school administrators affecting to teaching and learning management in pandemic of CoronaVirus Disease COVID-19  of schools under the Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, Conceptual Skills (), Cognitive Skills (), Technical Skills (). It could be predicted up to 65 percent.
