BUDDHIST PRINCIPLES ON ADMINISTRATION FOR NEW GENERATION LEADERS

Abstract

The objective of this article is to present the concept and approach of Buddhist principles on administration for new generation leaders. It can be used for administrators in the self-administration, human resource management and the management of the organization. It is consistent with principles of self-managing, people managing, and task managing by using the teachings of the Lord Buddha in the management and implementation to achieve maximum benefit, divided into 5 important elements: Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing and Controlling.
