BHUDDA DHARMA FOR IMPLEMENTATION ON PUBLIC WELFAREOF SANGHA AT MUEANG DISTRICT UBON RATCHATHANI PROVINCE

Abstract

 This thesis titled  as follows: 1) to study the public works of the Sangha of Mueang Ubon Ratchathani District; 2) to study Buddhist principles related to public welfare work; 3) To propose guidelines for applying Buddhist principles in public welfare work for the Sangha Mueang Ubon Ratchathani District Ubon Ratchathani Province. This research is a field qualitative research. The research findings were as the followings: The Sangha Administrator has a duty to administer the affairs of the Sangha to be peaceful and orderly. Right according to the Dharma and Discipline in 6 aspects, namely; 1) Administration 2) Religious education 3) Educational welfare 4) Buddhism propagation 5) Public utilities 6) Public welfare for the development of temples, communities, societies and the country for further prosperity and prosperity. Guidelines for the application of Buddhist principles in public welfare work of the Sangha of Mueang Ubon Ratchathani District, consisting of 1) Government Monks have roles and responsibilities in government. using the Sangha Act as a tool for government 2) Religious Studies promote the fundamental foundation of the doctrine 3) the propagation of Buddhism working to spread the teachings of Buddhism causing people to respect and lose faith in the Triple Gem 4) Public utilities Use the principle of Brahma Viharn Dharma. work on public utilities construction of new religious objects repairing old things and the renovation and decoration of religious objects and religious places to be more suitable 5) Public Welfare operate business for the public benefit and apply appropriate Buddhist principles Sangkhahavatthut Dhamma Saraniya Dharma and principles of Brahmawiharn Dhamma The monks, as a person who performs duties, must have a duty in all 3 aspects, namely education, propagation, and assistance, that is, to give knowledge. give advice
