Abstract
Local leaders or administrators Able to drive the organization to achieve its goals That is, local leaders or administrators must have the ability to make predictions. Have a long-term perspective and create flexibility for the organization to achieve its goals including abilities, perspectives, thoughts, and behaviors that combine both reason and imagination Can create success for the organization and manage both subordinates as well as senior executives in the organization and skilled strategic leaders That can change a bad situation into a good one. And can also transform strategies into appropriate tactics. Strategic leaders are very important people in driving the organization. that must have unique qualities and characteristics that are not easily shared But it's not too difficult.
