Abstract
All people are able to exercise their rights and freedoms in terms of expression. opinion independent living but within the boundaries of democracy without violating the rights and freedoms of others Presently, there are many channels of expression. through a modern communication system especially in information technology, This causes a rapid change in data forwarding. and progress in all sectors of society The development of such advanced communication enables people to participate in politics in a variety of channels This has resulted in an increase in the level of the people in exercising their rights in a more democratic regime. by expressing opinions, controversies or political contributions through communication in today's technology era including persuading people to come out and exercise their rights in their own democratic regime This is unstoppable democratic progress.
