This article introduces the three types of sovereignty, namely 1) self-sovereignty, 2) worldly supremacy, 3) dhammadhipateya, dharma supremacy. To present in the issue of management that if the executive uses each power, in what direction will the management be effective? As a guideline for management that executives need to develop themselves all the time to lead the organization to success.
