Abstract

The objectives of this research were: (1) to study on the level of digital organization in schools under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group consisted of 150 participants, including one school administrator and one head of department teacher from each of the 75 sampled schools under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in the academic year 2024. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and selected through stratified random sampling based on school size, followed by simple random sampling using a lottery method.The research instruments consisted of two sets of questionnaires on the level of digital organization in schools under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1: one for school administrators and one for head of department teachers. Each set comprised two parts: part 1 – general information of the respondents, and part 2 – opinions on the level of digital organization in the schools. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean (), and standard deviation (S.D.). The research findings were as follows:The overall level of digital organization in schools as perceived by school administrators was high, with an average score of 4.23. When considering each aspect, the highest mean score was found in the aspect of personnel (4.32), followed by technological resources (4.24), organizational culture (4.20), and management processes (4.15), respectively.The overall level of digital organization in schools as perceived by head of department teachers was also high, with an average score of 4.11. The highest mean score was found in the aspect of organizational culture (4.24), followed by personnel (4.14), management processes (4.13), and technological resources (3.93), respectively.
