THE CORE COMPETENCIES OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN MUANG KET BASIC EDUCATIONAL QUALITY DEVELOPMENT NETWORKS CENTER 8 UNDER ROI ET PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

The objectives of this thesis research are: 1) to study the core competencies of school administrators in Muang Ket Basic Educational Quality Development Networks Center 8 under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) to compare the opinions on the core competencies of school administrators in mention classified by age education and school size 3) to collect recommendations on the development of the core competencies of school administrators in mention. 1) The core competencies of school administrators are generally at a high level. When considering individual aspects, ranked from highest to lowest average, they include achievement orientation, teamwork, self-development, and service excellence, respectively. 2) The comparison of opinions on the core competencies of school administrators, classified by position, education, and school size, shows significant statistical differences in both overall and individual aspects at the 0.05 level. 3) Recommendations for the development of the core competencies of school administrators are as follows: (1) In terms of achievement orientation, school administrators should be committed to completing their work successfully and meeting the quality standards set. (2) In terms of service excellence, school administrators should provide services that meet the needs of the public, ensuring satisfaction. (3) In terms of self-development, school administrators should continuously develop their potential and keep their knowledge up to date. (4) In terms of teamwork, school administrators should be dedicated to working collaboratively with others towards a common goal, maintaining good interpersonal relationships, collaborating in decision-making, and supporting one another to ensure that work is carried out in a unified direction.
