THE CAPITAL WEAKNESS OF YOUNG TEACHERS RESEARCH IN PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES IN YUNNAN PROVINCE, CHINA

This article conducted an in-depth analysis of the problem of capital weakness among young teachers in private universities in Yunnan Province, China. Through a comprehensive current situation investigation, cause analysis and impact assessment, it revealed multiple aspects of the capital weakness of young teachers and the deep-seated reasons behind it. The article found that young teachers in private universities in Yunnan Province generally face problems such as insufficient economic capital, limited social capital, and lack of cultural capital. These problems not only affect their career development, but may also lead to reduced career satisfaction, increased mobility, and increased psychological stress. After in-depth analysis, realized that the causes of these capital weaknesses are multifaceted, including institutional factors such as imperfect personnel systems in universities, unfair professional title evaluation systems, etc., as well as insufficient personal development capabilities and inadequate career planning of young teachers. Personal factors such as clarification, and social environmental factors such as uneven distribution of educational resources and fierce academic competition also have an impact on the capital accumulation of young teachers. Based on the above research, we put forward a series of targeted strategies and suggestions aimed at improving the capital status of young teachers from three levels: the system, universities, and individuals. This includes improving the personnel system of universities, optimizing the professional title review system, strengthening the training of young teachers, providing career development opportunities, and building a good academic atmosphere. To sum up, this article not only reveals the problem of weak capital of young teachers in private universities in Yunnan Province and its causes but also puts forward practical solutions, providing a useful reference for improving the capital status of young teachers and promoting the healthy development of private universities. We hope that through these efforts, we can create a better career development environment for young teachers and promote the continued progress of private higher education.
