GUIDELINES OF CREATIVE LEADERSHIP CHARACTERISTICS OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE NONTHABURI

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) Study the creative leadership characteristics of educational institution administrators. 2) Compare the creative leadership characteristics of educational institution administrators, classified by gender, age, educational level, job position, work experience and the size of the educational institution, 3) Study guidelines for promoting creative leadership characteristics of educational institution administrators under the jurisdiction of the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The samples consisted of the 327 teachers which was determined by using Kreicie and Morgan’s sample size table and the sample was randomly selected using stratified random sampling and proportional allocation and 9 people providing information for interviews The research tools were interviews and questionnaires with content validity of .80 -1.00 and reliability of .94.  Analyze for percentage, mean and standard deviation. Independent t-test and one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) and LSD pairwise difference test and content analysis. The results of the research were as follows: 1) creative leadership characteristics of educational institution administrators Under the jurisdiction of the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, the overall is at a high level. When considering each aspect they can be sorted by average as follows: flexibility, ability to solve problems, imagination teamwork, aspects of having vision and aspects of trust, respectively 2) Results of comparing approaches to promoting creative leadership characteristics among school administrators under the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, it was found that teachers with gender, age, and educational level and the size of educational institutions have different opinions. As for teachers with positions and different work experiences have different opinions that are statistically significant at the .01 level  and 3) Guidelines for promoting creative leadership characteristics of school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, administrators must pay attention to their work. There is the development of one's own potential by planning the future to be an organization that can keep up with changes. Know how to take advantage of technology or innovation to be consistent with changes in the 21st century and develop the quality of education to create quality personnel for the nation in the future.
