GUIDELINES FOR INTEGRATED SOCIAL STUDIES LEARNING MANAGEMENT IN THAI SANGHA UNIVERSITIES

Abstract

This article aims to present an integrated social studies learning management approach in Thai Sangha universities. The main issues are social studies, which is the integration of experiences and knowledge that connect human relationships, or education aimed at becoming good citizens in society, fostering learners to think and analyze, developing learners’ competencies so that they can learn to live in society and live happily with others, and being able to apply such knowledge and understanding to Sangha universities, which are higher education institutions established to provide education in Buddhism and other subjects, by integrating the principles of the Tripitaka into lessons to suit the changing social conditions appropriately, in a balanced and sustainable manner.
