LEADERSHIP IN THE DIGITAL AREA AFFECTING THE ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ADMINISTRATORS UNDER ROI-ET SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract
This study aimed to 1) study the digital leadership and academic administration; 2) to study the relationship between digital leadership and academic administration; and 3) to create a forecasting equation related to the digital leadership and academic administration of school administrators in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Roi-et. The study found that the overall score of both the digital leadership and academic administration of school administrators in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Roi-et were at a high level. Besides, the relationship between digital leadership and academic administration of school administrators the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Roi-et was in positive related to overall and statistically significant at the .01. It could create the forecasting equations related to the digital leadership and academic administration of school administrators based on the multiple correlation coefficient (R) at 0.983, the predictive power (R2) at 96.50 percent, and the standard error (SEest ) at 0.10783.
