Publication ethics
Duties of Authors
1. The author must certify that the submitted article is a new work and has not been published anywhere else before.
2. The content of the article must meet the objectives of the journal.
3. The author must present the work based on facts arising from the research. do not distort information and must not copy other people's work or provide false information.
4. The author must write articles in accordance with the format specified by the journal in "Recommendations for Authors.
5. The author whose name appears in the article must be a person who takes part in the actual research.
6. The author must refer to other people's works in the event that they are used in their work, including making a list of references at the end of the article.
7. The author must verify the accuracy of the list of references. both in terms of form and content.
8. The author must specify the source of funds for research support (if any). This must be stated in the article. and notify the editor.
9. The author's articles must have a similarity index of no more than 20% of the plagiarism system used by ThaiJo.
10. The author received suggestions for revisions. After the article has been evaluated but has not been revised, the authors may not consider taking action to publish the article for submission at a later time.
Duties of Reviewers
1. During the period of article evaluation, the article evaluator must keep secret without disclosing part or all of the information of the article read to unrelated persons.
2. Appraisers should refuse to evaluate articles that may have conflicts of interest with the author, for example, the author being a project participant. Get to know the author personally or other reasons that make it impossible to express opinions and suggestions freely. The journal editor should be informed to change the rater.
3. Article evaluator Articles should be evaluated in their area of expertise to make recommendations according to academic principles. Do not use personal opinions without supporting information as criteria for judging articles.
4. If the assessor finds a duplicate of the article being considered with other resource articles, the assessor must notify the editor of the journal.
Duties of Editors
1. Journal editors are responsible for reviewing the quality of articles. and select appropriate articles for publication in the journal; do not accept published articles that have been published elsewhere.
2. Editors must not disclose information about authors and article reviewers to unrelated parties. During the period of article evaluation.
3. Editors are responsible for publishing research results that have correct research methodologies. Credibility, importance, freshness, clarity, and consistency of the content with the journal's policies are important.
4. Editors must not reject the publication of an article out of doubt or uncertainty. But must check for clear evidence first and inform the author to clarify before rejecting the article.
5. Editors must not have conflicts of interest with authors and evaluators.
6. If the plagiarism of others is detected In the article evaluation process, the editor will stop the evaluation process for the article and contact the author immediately. to request clarifications for consideration of "accepting" or "declining" the publication of that article. The editor can withdraw the article without the author's consent. This is the editor's right and responsibility for the articles.
