RESEARCH ON THE COLLABORATIVE EFFECT OF GRASSROOTS IRRIGATION COOPERATION

Abstract: Collaborative governance is a new governance model that emphasizes the synergistic effect between stakeholders on the basis of multi center governance. Its effectiveness depends on effective interaction and coordinated operation among stakeholders. The article is based on the practice of "high standard farmland construction" in Hubei Province, exploring the various entities of cooperative supply of farmland irrigation, constructing a collaborative model, and analyzing its synergy and the synergistic effect of grassroots farmland irrigation cooperation.
