THE EFFECT OF STAD COOPERATIVE LEARNING MANAGEMENT SUPPLEMENTED WITH EDUCATIONAL GAMES ON THAI LANGUAGE LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF GRADE 2 STUDENTS

Abstract

            The objectives of this research were to 1) study the efficiency of STAD Cooperative Learning management supplemented with Educational Games on the 80/80 criterion, 2)  compare thai learning achievement of Grade 2 students between before and after learning, 2) compare thai learning achievement of grade 2 students between after with 80 present  criterion and 4)  study the satisfaction towards STAD Cooperative Learning supplemented with educational games of grade 2 students. The sample consisted of 20 grade 2 students at Phet suwan withaed sart School, Semester 1, academic year 2025, by cluster random sampling. The research instruments were 1) the lesson plans 2) thai learning achievement tests had difficulty values between 0.34 - 0.73,  discrimination values between 0.21- 0.79, and reliability value was 0.85 3) the satisfaction questionnaire towards STAD Cooperative Learning Supplemented with Educational Games. The statistics for data analysis comprised; mean, standard deviation, percentage, One Sample t-test and t-test for dependent samples.


The results of this research were as follows:


  1. The efficiency of STAD Cooperative Leaning management supplemented with Educational Games was E1/E2 = 82.63/85.33.

  2. The thai learning achievement of grade 2 students after was significantly higher than before learning at the .05 level.

  3. The thai learning achievement of Grade 2 students after was significantly higher than 80 percent criterion at the .05 level.

  4. The satisfaction of Grade 2 students towards STAD Cooperative Learning management supplemented with educational games was at a high level.
