FACTORS CORRELATED WITH OPERATIONAL STRESS OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER UBON RATCHATHANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 2

Abstract
The purpose of this research is (1) To study the stress level of School Administrators Under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 2 (2) To study the relationships of the organizational and environmental factors and stress of the school Administrators Under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 2. The population used in this research was school Administrators Under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 2 with a total of 217 people. The research instruments were rating scale questionnaire of 77 items with the reliability .90. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Correlation Coefficient, at .05 level of significance. The research findings were as follows: 1)The stress level of School Administrators Under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 2 was as the normal level 2) Results of analysis of the relationships of organizational and environmental factors and stress of the school Administrators Under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 2, the following were found 2.1)Organizational factors such as organization’s role was related to the stress level of School Administrators Under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 2 at statistically significant at .05 level. 2.2) Environmental factors such as policy or law was related to the stress level of School Administrators Under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 2 at statistically significant at .05 level.
