Abstract
This article examines the management of organizational communication concerning ethics and transparency, which is critically important in an age where information is easily disseminated. Establishing an organizational culture rooted in ethics, transparent communication, and the use of social media are key strategies for building trust and credibility within an organization. Effective communication management will help strengthen relationships with stakeholders and lead to positive outcomes in the future. Thus, creating an ethical organizational culture, transparent communication, and utilizing diverse communication channels are essential strategies for enhancing trust and credibility within the organization.
