THE APPLICATION OF THE SAPPURISADHAMMA PRINCIPLES IN THE PERSONNEL COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT OF PHRAPARIYATTIDHAM SECONDARY SCHOOL OF WATSOTHORNWARARAM CHACHOENGSAO PROVINCE

Abstract

This research of this thesis were to: 1) Study the concept of personnel competency development at Phrapariyatthidhamma School, General Education Division, Wat Sothonwararam, Chachoengsao Province. 2) The study of Sappurisa Dhamma in relation to the development of personnel competencies. 3) Applying the principles of the Seven Virtues of a Good Person (Sappurisa-Dhamma) in developing the competencies of personnel at Wat Sothon Wararam School, General Education Division, Chachoengsao Province. It is qualitative research using documentary research methods and field studies. The results of the research were found as follows: The problem conditions in developing the competencies of personnel at Phra Pariyattidhamma School, General Education Department, Wat Sothon Wararam, Chachoengsao Province. It is caused by many factors, summarized into 4 issues: 1) Issues of Knowledge, 2) Issues of Skill, 3) Issues of Ability, and 4) Issues of Attribute.   The Principles of a Good Person 7, The principles of a good person, the virtues of a noble person, the qualities that make one a noble person, and the characteristics of a good person. Application of the Principles  of   Sapurrisadhamma   in   Developing   the   Competencies   of   Personnel   at    Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Division, Wat Sothonwararam, Chachoengsao Province. Applications in personnel development  4 areas: 1) Knowledge, 2) Skill, 3 Ability, and 4) Attribute. To develop personnel with both knowledge and virtue, and to provide the greatest benefit to the learners.
