WATNONGGO MODEL: A MODEL FOR DEVELOPING EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION BASED ON THE PRINCIPLES OF PARTICIPATORY ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

              This academic article aims to present a model for the development of educational administration based on participatory principles, emphasizing school-based management through collaborative efforts involving all stakeholders. It adopts the philosophy of a sufficiency economy and beneficial governance as the foundational elements for administration. The PDCA cycle serves as a framework for participatory education management, fostering a learning community through systematic theory and quality management. The model enhances the quality of education. The initiative focuses on improving the quality of education by adopting principles of decentralization, participation, and good governance within the framework of moral integrity. It includes careful supervision, monitoring, and evaluation to serve as a guideline for effective school development. The goal is to transform schools into self-sufficient and sustainable institutions that prioritize learners and stakeholders. The model also encourages teachers and school personnel to engage in continuous self-development and teamwork, with a focus on the organization's results, in order to create a quality organization and improve the quality of education.
