Yonisommonsikarn Thinking Process and Organizational Management Skills Enhancement of School Administrators in the BANI World Era

Abstract

This academic paper aims to present the Yonisommonsikarn thinking process and organizational management skills enhancement of school administrators in the BANI World era. The characteristics of the BANI World era are the conditions of rapid change in the world in terms of society, economy, and politics, and the effects that arise from such conditions in both the dimensions of the organization and the feelings of personnel in the organization. Organizations will be in a state of fragility, anxiety, confusion, and difficulty in understanding. Under such circumstances, dealing with the world in the BANI World era, this article presents the application of the Yonisommonsikarn thinking process, which is a Buddhist principle, to enhance the organizational management skills of school administrators in the BANI World era. Using the Yonisomanasikarn thinking process to enhance organizational management skills of school administrators in the BANI World era, school administrators must have the skills to think in the right way, that is, act wisely in the mind. Could look at things with thoughtful thought and search for the root cause. There must be a thought process to search for reasons all the way through, separating them out and examining them with orderly thinking and by using correct, clear methods according to the relationship of causes and factors. The Yonisomansikarn thinking process consists of thinking from cause to effect, from effect to cause.
