Adaptive Leadership of School Administrators Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram

Abstract
The objectives of Research on Adaptive Leadership of School Administrators Affiliated to the Secondary Education Area Office Buriram 1) to study the adaptive leadership of school administrators affiliated to the Secondary Education Area Office District Buriram and 2) to present recommendations for developing or enhancing the adaptive leadership of educational institutions affiliated to the Secondary Education Area Office Buriram 32 and other units or organizations. The tools used to collect data include questionnaires. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation (S.D.).
The results showed that the level of opinion regarding the adaptive leadership condition of school administrators affiliated with the Secondary Education Area Office Buriram is moderate, with a high level of agreement. The fields of continuous development and organizational justice have a moderate level of agreement, respectively. The researcher has the following recommendations the implementation of the research results: 1) Adjust the educational environment and infrastructure according to the concept of adaptive leadership, including regulations and laws 2) Open training and publicity on adaptive leadership to promote knowledge and understanding of the subject, 3) Promote education/research and expand the connection and access to databases for research on adaptive leadership and other types of leadership with academic institutions both domestically and internationally. And 4) Monitoring the dissemination of knowledge and concepts.
