Assessment Guidelines and Guidelines for Evaluation of External Educational Quality Assurance after the COVID-19 Situation

Abstract

          This academic article, Assessment Guidelines and Practice Guidelines for Evaluation of External Educational Quality Assurance after the COVID-19 Situation, aims to study assessment guidelines, and practices conducted by the Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assurance (ONESQA), from the situation of the epidemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) with the principle of social distancing and the use of evaluation forms with the use of information technology in management by setting the form to work under crisis situations and after the crisis situation external educational quality assurance evaluation should have a new approach based on observations and experiences gained from educational institution quality assurance audits during the past 2 years (2021 and 2022). A new framework has been established with recommendations for a new round of assessment frameworks. For educational institutions to focus on identifying information in the SAR book clearly as follows: 1. dimensions of driving innovation in a systematic way and innovation in learning management; 2. dimensions of performance reporting for each educational institution's standards; and 3. dimensions. Promotion and support for educational institute development.
