Abstract
This article aims to study "Political Participation of the People According to the Constitution" People's participation is important in building sustainable democracy and promoting good governance and administration. if the participation of the public is much greater It will help to monitor the work of the country's executives. and making the country's executives to being more social responsibility. It also prevents politicians from setting policies that are inappropriate for that society. It is an indicator of political development in a democratic system. Countries with good political development and democracy tend to require citizens at all levels to participate in politics. As for Thailand, it has opened up to all people to participate in politics. By guaranteed the rights to participate in politics through various channels and processes as provided by law. However, political participation will affect the development of politics and governance in a democratic system or not. An important factor for the people to have a thorough understanding of the democratic system. know their rights and obligations to participate in politics and exercise that right Without prejudice to the rights and freedoms of other people, important people must have political consciousness by participating in politics. for the benefit of the nation and the public is important.
