บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้มีเจตนารมณ์ในการสะท้อนความหมายและความสำคัญของจริยธรรมทางการเมืองในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยสำรวจโอกาสและความท้าทายที่เกิดขึ้นในบริบทสังคมโลกที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว สังคมโลกในศตวรรษที่ 21 ต่างก็กำลังเผชิญกับความท้าทายที่มีความสลับซับซ้อนมากยิ่งขึ้นและส่งผลกระทบในวงกว้าง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นปัญหาทางเศรษฐกิจ ความเหลื่อมล้ำทางสังคม ความไม่เท่าเทียมกันทางการเมืองและความท้าทายจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยี สถานการณ์เหล่านี้เป็นปัจจัยที่สำคัญในการกดดันให้รัฐบาลและนักการเมืองต้องปฏิบัติตามจริยธรรมอย่างเข้มงวดเพื่อสร้างความไว้วางใจให้กับประชาชน ดังนั้น จริยธรรมทางการเมืองจึงมีบทบาทสำคัญในการลดความเหลื่อมล้ำทางอำนาจและทรัพยากร ส่งเสริมการตัดสินใจที่ยุติธรรมและสร้างระบบที่โปร่งใสในสังคม ความต้องการจำเป็นในการเสริมสร้างจริยธรรมทางการเมืองในอนาคตนั้นไม่เพียงแต่อยู่ในระดับรัฐบาลเท่านั้น แต่ยังต้องขยายไปถึงการพัฒนาเครื่องมือและกลไกที่ทำให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในการตรวจสอบและตัดสินใจทางการเมืองอย่างเต็มที่ ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้การเสริมสร้างจริยธรรมทางการเมืองประสบความสำเร็จในอนาคต จำเป็นต้องมีการปฏิรูปและพัฒนากลไกที่สามารถส่งเสริมความโปร่งใส ความรับผิดชอบ และความยุติธรรมของทุกภาคส่วนในสังคม
