Innovative Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Learning Organizationship of Schools under Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
This research aimed to: (1) examine the level of innovative leadership of school administrators; (2) investigate the level of learning organization in schools; (3) explore the relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and the learning organization of schools; and (4) identify the predictive variables of innovative leadership of school administrators affecting the learning organization of schools. The sample consisted of 327 teachers under the Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office, determined using Krejcie and Morgan’s table. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Quantitative data were analyzed using a statistical software package. The statistics employed included percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using both the enter method and stepwise method, presented in the forms of raw score prediction equations and standardized score prediction equations.
The research findings revealed that: (1) the overall level of innovative leadership of school administrators was at a high level; (2) the overall level of learning organization in schools was at the highest level; (3) the relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and the learning organization of schools was highly positive and statistically significant at the .001 level; and (4) the innovative leadership of school administrators in four aspects innovative organizational climate, creativity, risk management, and transformational vision significantly affected the learning organization of schools at the .001 level. These four aspects jointly predicted 81.60 percent of the variance in the learning organization of schools. The predictive equations were constructed in both raw score and standardized score forms.
