Innovative Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Teamwork of Teachers in Schools Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
This study aimed to examine: (1) the level of innovative leadership of school administrators, (2) the level of teachers’ teamwork in schools, (3) the relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and teachers’ teamwork, and (4) the predictive factors of innovative leadership influencing teachers’ teamwork in schools under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample consisted of 285 teachers selected from schools under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, with the sample size determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table. The research instrument was a questionnaire measuring innovative leadership of school administrators and teachers’ teamwork in schools, with a reliability coefficient of 0.60. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product–moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis.
The findings revealed that the overall level of innovative leadership of school administrators and teachers’ teamwork were both at a high level. A statistically significant relationship between innovative leadership and teachers’ teamwork was found at the .001 level. Furthermore, the factors of innovative leadership that significantly predicted teachers’ teamwork were organizational innovative climate, creativity, and risk-taking, accounting for 8.86% of the variance. The prediction equation in raw scores was Y= 0.449 + 0.289(x3) 0.330(x2) 0.284(x4), while the standardized equation was Zy = 0.311(x3) + 0.345(x2) + 0.315(x4)
