Situational Leadership of School Administrators in Tha Khantho District, Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The objectives of this study were: 1) to examine the situational leadership of school administrators, and 2) to compare the situational leadership of school administrators based on position, educational qualification, and work experience. The sample consisted of 136 school administrators and teachers, with the sample size determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table. The research instrument was a questionnaire divided into two parts, with a reliability coefficient of 0.831. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Hypothesis testing was conducted using t-test and F-test statistics.
The research findings indicate that: 1. the situational leadership of school administrators in Tha Khantho District, under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, overall, it is at a high level. When analyzed by aspect, the aspect with the highest average score was selling the vision, followed by telling everything. The aspect with the lowest average score was delegating tasks. 2. A comparative analysis of the situational leadership of school administrators in Tha Khantho District under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, categorized by position, educational qualification, and work experience, revealed that, overall, school administrators and teachers with different positions, educational qualifications, and work experience had no significant differences in their opinions regarding the situational leadership of the school administrators in Tha Khantho District under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Overall, it is at a high level.
