Management of Learning Experience in the Digital Era for Early Childhood based on Suppurisa-Dhamma in Schools of Network Center 1 Thammarak under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

            This research article aims to Study 1) study the current conditions of managing learning experiences in the digital era for early childhood education. 2) examine guidelines for managing learning experiences in the digital era for early childhood education based on the Seven Qualities of a Good Person (Sappurisa-dhamma 7). 3) present and evaluate the proposed guidelines for managing learning experiences in the digital era for early childhood education based on the Sappurisa-dhamma 7 using qualitative research methods to collect data by in-depth interviews with 15 stakeholders 5 informants  and focus group discussions with 7 experts. The data were analyzed using inductive analysis.

            The research results were found as follows:- 1) The current conditions of managing learning experiences in the digital era for early childhood education lacked systematic implementation This was due to the absence of baseline assessments of children insufficient teachers digital skill inadequate technological resources, discontinuous supervision and a lack of systematic supervision tools. In addition child development assessment relied on paper-based systems resulting in delayed monitoring and assessments that were not aligned with the contextual realities. 2) The study of guidelines for managing learning experiences in the digital era for early childhood education based on the Seven Qualities of a Good Person (Sappurisa-dhamma 7) found that the management process of learning experiences consists of planning, directing, supervision, and assessment of children’s development. Digital-era learning management comprises four dimensions: learning, learners, teachers, and the digital learning environment. The Sappurisa-dhamma 7 are integrated through the processes of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and continuous improvement at every stage, resulting in prudent and systematic management. 3) The presentation and evaluation of the guidelines showed that the experts unanimously agreed that the guidelines are appropriate feasible and beneficial for application in managing learning experiences in educational institutions.
