The Administration of the Student Care and Support System by Educational Personnels under the Office of Buengkan Secondary Educational Service Area

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of the administration of the student care and support system by educational personnels and 2) to compare the administration of the student care and support system by educational personnels classified by gender, position and working experience. The sample of this research was 285 teachers and educational personnels in 2024 academic years. The research instrument was a questionnaire, which had an Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) of 1 and a reliability coefficient of 0.89. The statistics for data analysis comprised percentage, mean, standard deviation and F-Test.
The results of the study found that 1) The overall level of personnel administration in the student support and assistance system was high. When examining individual aspects, forwarding students was rated the highest, followed by promotion of student development, while the lowest aspect was knowing students individually. 2) The comparison result of the overall and individual aspects of the administration of the student care and support system by educational personnels classified by gender, position, and working experience had found no significant difference at the level of 0.05.
