Building Collaborative Networks to Enhance the Quality of Educational Management in Basic Education Schools

Abstract
This academic article aims to study the establishment of a collaborative network to enhance the quality of educational management in basic education schools. Through the study of relevant documents and research, the findings indicate that building a collaborative network for improving educational management quality is a crucial goal that requires cooperation from multiple sectors, including schools, communities, parents, government agencies, and the private sector. The participation of all stakeholders contributes to a more diverse, inclusive, and effective education system that meets students' needs. The key aspects of collaboration include 1) cooperation in enhancing efficiency and sustainability in the education system 2) promoting educational equity 3) creating innovations for learning, and 4) developing the potential of educational personnel. Additionally, five key approaches to resource mobilization for improving the quality of educational management are identified: securing funding from public and private sectors, mobilizing resources from communities, utilizing human resources, leveraging technology for resource mobilization, and fostering international cooperation.
