The Development Manual of Student Care and Support System of Thungyaiwittayakhom School under Secondary Education Service Office Nakhon Si Thammarat

Abstract

            The objectives of this research to: 1) study the state of operation student care and support system of Thungyaiwittayakhom school 2) develop manual of student care and support system of Thungyaiwittayakhom school 3) evaluation of the student care manual and support system of Thungyaiwittayakhom school This is a qualitative research study. There were 15 people who provided important information through in-depth interviews, 5 experts in-depth interviews and 15 expert evaluate the manual. The tool used was a feasibility assessment model. usefulness and acceptance of the organization. The research findings were as follows: 1) The results of a study the state of operation student care and support system of Thungyaiwittayakhom school, The student care and support system, teachers still lack understanding in using various assessment tools and have many other responsibilities, which makes it difficult for them to understand students on an individual basis. The tools for collecting data to understand students individually must be systematic and continuous so that the data can be analyzed for screening purposes. 2) The results development manual of student care and support system of Thungyaiwittayakhom school, The manual contains content based on the components of the student support system, which are as follows: 1.1) knowing the students individually  1.2) screening students 1.3) promoting and developing students 1.4) Preventing, helping, and solving problems for students 1.5) referring students, the manual for the student support system consists of the following components: 2.1) explanation 2.2) objectives 2.3) structure of duties and responsibilities 2.4) criteria and methods of operation 2.5) work guidelines 2.6) techniques for implementation 2.7) references. 3) The evaluation results of the student support system manual at Thung Yai Wittayakom School, with 15 experts, the evaluation results in all aspects were at a very good level.
