Abstract

This academic article the author's objective is to study ethics and compare the philosophy, concepts and theories of philosophers on political ethics in the early days with those of the new era. Ethics are virtues within the mind it’s a beautiful feature that is not punishable born of knowledge, morality and wisdom. If a person truly knows and understands the nature of good, he will not commit evil or wrong. Because it is human nature that no one intends to do evil or commit a crime. Ethics began in early Greece. Leaders need to adhere to the principles of goodness and ethics as the core principles of governance. As for the governance in the new era. Leaders don't care about ethics. And you don't have to be a good person. But a good leader must be a more formidable leader than a beloved leader. Therefore, the leader is a person who is very important to the governance. As the wise man said, Leaders are artists who perform complex tasks. His tools and equipment are people.
