Abstract

Abstract

This research were the objective 1) to assess the efficiency of public service of Bang Krasob Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phrapradaeng District, Samutprakan Province; 2) to analyze the problems and obstacles in public service of Bang Krasob Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phrapradaeng District, Samutprakan Province, and 3) to propose guidelines for improving public service efficiency of Bang Krasob Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phrapradaeng District, Samutprakan Province. This research was a quantitative. The researcher collected the data by using a questionnaire totally 52 copies and then analyzed the statistical data by a computerized program. and bring it to a conclusion and discuss the results.

The results of the study revealed that 1) Public services of Bang Krasob Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phrapradaeng District, Samutprakan Province. Most of the efficiency is good and have a consistent opinion that there is a well-planned operation in every aspect. 2) The problems and obstacles found are about the small number of service personnel and participation of people in the community 3) Development guidelines are as follows: Human resource management to have enough staff and to continue the old good operation to be continuity and increase the participation of more people in the community.
