The objectives of this research were 3 (1) to assess the performance level of government officials and personnel at Yannawa District Office. Bangkok (2) to compare the performance of government officials and personnel of the Yannawa District Office Bangkok Classified by personal factors and (3) to test the relationship between work motivation and efficiency. Performance of government officials and personnel of the Yannawa District Office Bangkok. This research is quantitative research. The population used in this research is government officials and personnel of the Yannawa District Office. Bangkok, a total of 708 people. The sample group consisted of 256 people.


 The results of the research (1) on the performance level of civil servants and personnel at Yan Nawa District Office found that it was at the highest level. It was found that the age sample education level and the duration of operation is different have different operational efficiencies; and (3) The relationship between work motivation and efficiency of government officials and personnel of the Yannawa District Office found that there was a high level of positive correlation. In addition, the agency should encourage additional training and knowledge development. It increases working skills, resulting in the highest efficiency and effectiveness of civil servants and personnel in the organization.
